In case you guys don't know, I'm a huge writer, and I'm working on a book right now that has a lot of witches, warlocks, mages, wizards and other spell-casters. I'm really needing some designs to use for it, and promise besides the fact your designed character will be in a book, that you'll see plenty of art of them. 
Rules:
- Winners will be picked on May 29 to May 30. I may extend this date if I need to.
- Characters SHOULD be drawn, but if you are a writer and not an artist, then you may attempt to write out in detail your character design. If you do write it out, put as much detail as possible!
- NO inappropriate designs please!!
- Please tell me in the comments if you will be entering so I know who to expect to get an entry from.
- You can either link me in the comments your entry or note me. Either works.
- You may enter for Royal Witch and Candle/Chandelier witch only once. You may enter for background witches/wizards/warlocks/mages up to three times.
- If I only have one person enter for one of the categories, then it is possible for you not to win the grand prize. You aren't guaranteed to win by default if no one else enters.
What I'm looking for:
I actually have several different designs I'm looking for.
Main design: Royal Witch (by royal, I mean works for the queen and king)
Ok for this, I'm looking for a witch that works for the royal family. She should look wise and powerful, but also have a kind heart. I'd really like them to be imaginative, and not based on your typical black/orange schemed witch.
- Must be female.
- Must have normal (natural) skin colors.
- I'd strongly prefer this one to have either black or white hair, but if you can get others to work that would be fine.
- I like odd colored eyes. (Just don't make them both two different colors!)
- A black dress, but again not your stereotypical witch. Give the outfit a twist or something.
- Must have a witch hat.
Second Main design: Candle/Chandelier Witch
This witch will be a rival of my main character at first. She's supposed to be about her age (my main character is fifteen so keep that in mind when designing). She's also a potions master, and very good at it. She likes casting charms too.
- Must be female.
- Must have normal (natural) skin colors.
- I'm looking for either white, blond, light baby blue, or another light color for her hair.
- Must have long hair (about to her knees or ankles) and curly.
- I'm looking for an outfit based on a chandelier (like chandelier inspired). I'm looking for creativity here, but also make it still seem somewhat practical ok?
- Must have a witch hat (and I'd love to see a little candle somewhere on the rim if you can)
Background witches, mages, warlocks, wizards, and other magic users!: YEAY!!!
Most of these will probably only show up a few times, but I know I'm going to need them for several chapters. I'm looking for all genders, hair styles, clothes, and abilities. I have a rough idea of a witch who rides on an umbrella instead of a broom, if someone could make that happen I'd be very happy.
Other very rough ideas I had in mind are a weather witch/wizard, a couple of really young mages (I need one that has albinism lol its a long story but she's an important minor character), another potion master that's a friend of the candle/chandelier witch, and a whole lot of others. Go ahead and get creative, feel free to use my rough ideas or give me something completely new and fresh.
- Can be any gender.
- Any clothing style, just make sure you don't go too modernized.
- Any hair style or color. Because of my candle/chandelier witch please don't make the hair extremely (like ankle length) long but really anything works.
- Any color scheme.
- My only MUST is that you keep the skin colors natural shades and colors. THANKS!

Helpful hints:
- Natural skin tones? (I've said that a lot, haven't I?)
- I love just about any color, though my favorites are bright neon blue, a dark, gray green-blue mix, white, plum purple, and probably neon yellow and neon green. My least favorite color is probably orange but I wouldn't mind using it one bit.
- The setting of my story takes place in a slightly Asian-inspired world. The people with-out powers dress simply in slightly Asian-inspired designs. Its only the royal family and those with powers that really don't dress simply. However, since the world is a bit Asian-inspired, adding a Japanese sash around a dress or a lotus flower in the hair would definitely help your design to be more likely to win.

I'm also hosting another mini contest you could say within this big contest. I need help thinking up some of their names. They need to be not normal, and more made up sounding. Examples are (characters with powers already in my book): Marzipan, Pocker, Zien, and Kalikore. For every name I decide on using that you give me, I'll give you 5 points. You can give me as many name ideas as you like (note that you will only be given points on the ones that I will use).

Hanghae Language Update
Ok guys, so I'm thinking of redoing the Hanghae language completely. I mean, I didn't get very far in the first place. If I was to do this, and make some better lesson plans and maybe a dictionary, would anyone be interest in learning it? Or am I doing this for a helpless cause?
Also, the rest of the Hanghae stuff I have planned will start rolling again in summer. I promise I haven't forgotten about the RP, adopts, or updating new information. I might even start doing short stories for people's OCs who want it(though I'm still not sure). Anyway, tell me what you think on the language! Have a good day!

Dear Everyone who is probably ticked off with me,
I'm going to start trying to get back onto DeviantART regularly again. I'm so sorry I haven't been on lately, I had more school work than you can believe! But I've gotten things under control, and I'm at the top of my class. I might as well get back on, right? :meow:
I sure hope no one gave up on me. I'm back, and I plan to have adopt sets coming on. Ai No Hana updates probably won't happen until Summer begins, but as for everything else, be looking for me being here.
The next adopt set is inspired by Earthbound enemies. I think everyone's going to like it, so keep your eyes open.
